Preparation of the Event

At pre arranged time, the staff from USA will arrive at Costa Rica for the coordination of the final details of the Incentive Group in Costa Rica. Our transportation will be waiting for them at the international airport and will escort you to the selected hotel where the event will take place.
Once in the hotel and depending on their arrival time, we will have a meeting to discuss the final details of the event, schedule and special needs for the preparation of the event.

Arrival of the Participants

Welcome to Paradise! During the day and according to the arrival time of the participants, personnel of Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation will be at the international airport to welcome them and transfer them to the selected hotel for the group in Costa Rica.

Execution of the Program

We provide detailed schedules of the activities 15 days before the group arrives in order to assure that everybody involved is informed. The group coordinator will be with the group every step of the way to assure the smooth realization of the event. Our staff is fluent in English, German and Spanish in order to assist each participant in any need and provide the personal service that you expect.

Details of Arrivals Day

Our staff will be holding signs with the logo of the event and will assist the participants with luggage directly after customs so they will be pampered from the moment they arrive in Costa Rica.

Transportation to the resort will depend on the arrivals. According on the number of participants arriving at each flight, the participants will travel on Hiace (max 9 pax), Coaster Minivan (max. 15 pax), and deluxe buses (max. 50 pax). All of our transportation has air conditioning and on board we will offer cold beverages to the participants.

If the program and the needs of the group require the assistance of a hospitality desk, this area will be located in the lobby of the hotel during the whole trip and will be attended by a bilingual staff member of Costa Rica Dream Travel. In case is needed, the schedule of the hospitality desk will be according to the needs of the group.

The Hospitality Desk can provide the following Services:

- Information in detail about the day by day schedule of the program
- Information about time and location of the events
- Provide all participants with general information regarding program, activities and events.
