Day 1 - Arrival to Costa Rica

At the pre-arranged time personnel from Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation will be at the International Airport (San Jose) to welcome your passengers and transfer them to the Hotel in Arenal.
After check-in, time at leisure to relax and enjoy the services of the hotel.

Day 2 - The magical sloths

During the morning, you will enjoy a guided hike in search of sloths and other wildlife.
This day your driver will be waiting for you at your hotel and take you on a search of one of the most emblematic animals of the fauna in Costa Rica, the sloths! These small and gracious friends are particularly beautiful, owners of tenderness with eternal smile that makes it seem that they are always happy.
The tour starts with a short hike through the secondary forest and tries to find them. Generally, on this special pathway, it is very common that you can find these little green mammals, even if they try to blend in with the flora, the expert guide knows their secrets, so they do not hide for a long time. In addition, you can see many fabulous plants and your tour guide will teach you curious facts about them.
Because of its location and type of flora, this trail is very diverse in birds, so as to complement a morning or afternoon full of wildlife you can appreciate many species of local birds. Definitely, this is a tour for sloths and bird lovers!
At the end of this wonderful search, the driver will proceed to take you back to your hotel.

Day 3 - Treasures of La Fortuna!

After breakfast at the hotel, your English-Speaking tour guide will meet you at the lobby of the hotel in order to take you to enjoy a hiking tour to la Fortuna waterfall. During the morning, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a Guided Hike to La Fortuna Waterfall.
Located in a spectacular rainforest and over 70 meters high, the Fortuna River Waterfall is an attraction hard to miss on your visit through La Fortuna. Born from the river that carries the same name, this cascade shares its boundaries with the Arenal-Monteverde protected area, housing a wealth of wildlife and becoming very important for the conservation of tributaries that feed drinking water to surrounding towns. Our guide will accompany you and point out the most important details of this rich area, where we have the option of watching the beautiful waterfall from the viewpoint or walking about 300 meters on a very steep but safe pathway and getting very close to it. Is allowed to swim in the river, but not near the waterfall. It will be difficult to forget!
After your tour, you will return to the hotel in La Fortuna to relax and enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

Day 4 - Treasures of the heights

During the morning, you will enjoy the adventure of the Canopy Tour.
One of the main attractions in Fortuna is to take a ZIP LINE Tour. You will enjoy 10 cables with 14 different platforms and a 50mt high rappel where you can see the impressive Canyon of the Arenal River and the extraordinary flora and fauna of the rainforest. You will have the opportunity to see the three kinds of monkeys that live in this zone, toucans, hummingbirds, and sloths.
Fly high over the canopy of the rainforest and feel what adrenaline means for nature lovers.
Afterward, you will have time at leisure to enjoy the hot springs waters of Go Pools.
After this unforgettable adventure, you will be ready to go back to your hotel.

Tour duration: 2 hours approximately (This time includes the tour time and travel time to and from the actual activity areas)
Note: During the day, you will have access to the Go Pools Hot Springs. Transportation to the hotel is available until 5:00 p.m.

Day 5 - Goodbye Costa Rica

At the pre-arranged time, and according to the international flight schedule, you will be transferred from the hotel to the International Airport to take the international flight back.

Day includes: Breakfast and private transportation.
Transfer Duration: 3 ½ hours approximately

International Airport Authorities and Airlines recommend all passengers arrive at the airport 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

- Regular basis tours are shared with other travelers with English-speaking tour guides and with shared transportation service.-
