Day 1 – Arrival in Costa Rica | San Jose Welcome & Hotel Check-In

Upon arrival at Juan Santamaría International Airport in San Jose, your Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation representative will greet you, provide your trip documentation, and transfer you to your hotel.
After check-in, enjoy leisure time to explore the hotel facilities. Please note that standard hotel check-in time in Costa Rica is 3:00 p.m. Early arrivals may need to wait for room availability.

Included: Private airport transfer. Hotel accommodations and taxes. Leisure time at the hotel.
Overnight: D Sabana Hotel San Jose
Transfer duration: 20 minutes approximately.

Day 2 - Doka Coffee Estate, Poás Volcano & La Paz Waterfall Gardens

Start the day early and ascend the mountains surrounding San Jose. Enjoy scenic coffee plantations, flower farms, and strawberry fields along the way.
Doka Coffee Estate: Breakfast and guided coffee tour showcasing Costa Rica’s world-renowned coffee cultivation and roasting techniques.
Poás Volcano National Park: Explore the active stratovolcano’s crater and sulfur fumaroles amidst lush cloud forest.
La Paz Waterfall Gardens: Buffet lunch (rated 4 Forks by Costa Rican Tourism Council) and guided tour of waterfalls, rivers, and wildlife exhibits including aviary, butterfly garden, hummingbirds, monkeys, and jungle cats.
Return to San Jose in the evening for hotel relaxation.

Tour duration: Tour Duration: Approximately 10 hours, including the guided tour, lunch, and travel to and from each activity location.

Day 3 - Transfer from San Jose to Arenal

After breakfast, transfer to Arenal. Upon arrival, enjoy hotel amenities or explore the surroundings.

Transfer duration: 3 hours approximately

Day 4 – Canopy Adventure & Paradise Hot Springs

Experience one of Arenal’s most popular tours: the Canopy Zipline Tour. Fly across 10 zip lines and 12 platforms, with spectacular views of Arenal Volcano and rainforest.
In the afternoon, relax at Paradise Hot Springs, a series of cascading pools perfect for unwinding. Dinner is included at the on-site restaurant.

Included: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner; shared transportation; an English-speaking tour guide during the canopy tour; canopy adventure and Paradise Hot Springs visit; equipment rental and entrance fees; and hotel accommodations and taxes.

Day 5 – Guided Hike to La Fortuna Waterfall

Enjoy a guided hike to the spectacular La Fortuna Waterfall, over 70 meters high and located in pristine rainforest. Swim in the river (away from the waterfall) and enjoy the abundant wildlife.
Return to the hotel in La Fortuna for relaxation.

Day 6 – Transfer to the North Pacific Coast | Tamarindo Beach

Transfer to Costa Rica’s North Pacific Coast via the country’s only tropical dry forest. Arrive at your beachfront hotel in Tamarindo.

Included: Breakfast, shuttle transportation, hotel accommodations and taxes
Overnight: Hotel Wyndham Tamarindo
Transfer Duration: 5 hours approximately

Day 7 – Leisure Day at Tamarindo Beach

Enjoy a full day at leisure to explore Tamarindo, relax on the beach, or participate in optional tours such as surfing, snorkeling, or wildlife adventures.

Day 8 – Departure from Costa Rica

At the scheduled time, transfer from your hotel to Liberia International Airport for your return flight home.

Pick-Up & Departure Information: Pick-up will be scheduled according to your international flight itinerary. International airport authorities and airlines recommend that all passengers arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure. • Pricing: Valid for a minimum of 2 adult passengers.

• Bedding: Rooms feature either one king-size bed or two queen-size beds. Bedding preferences may be requested but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until check-in, per the hotel’s policy.
• Triple/Quadruple Occupancy: In Costa Rica, triple or quadruple occupancy typically consists of a room with 2 beds. The addition of a rollaway bed depends on hotel availability at the time of booking and may incur an extra cost.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. If your transfer arrives earlier, please note your room may not be ready. However, luggage can be stored at the front desk.
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m. If your tour is scheduled before check-out or your transportation is scheduled for later in the day, please check out of your room and store your luggage at the front desk.

• Arrival/Departure: Rates are based on all program passengers arriving and departing on the same flight.
