Day 1 - Arrival in San José

Welcome to your Costa Rica adventure! Upon arrival at San Jose International Airport, our team from Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation will greet you, provide your travel documents, and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy express check-in and leisure time at the hotel.

Day includes: Private transportation, lodging, and hotel taxes.
Overnight: D Sabana Hotel San Jose
Transfer duration: 20 minutes approximately.
Note:Please note that check in time in Costa Rica is at 3:00 p.m. In case your flight arrives early, please be aware that your room may not be ready at your arrival at the hotel.

Day 2 - Explore Tortuguero National Park

Start your journey with a scenic drive through Braulio Carrillo National Park and a traditional Costa Rican breakfast. Continue past banana plantations before boarding a boat to Tortuguero National Park, a wildlife haven with over 300 bird species. After lunch, enjoy free time at your lodge.

Day includes: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, transportation, English-speaking guide, lodging, and hotel taxes.

Day 3 - Wildlife in the Caribbean Rainforest

Cruise the rivers and canals of Tortuguero with a naturalist guide. Spot monkeys, iguanas, tropical birds, and unique wildlife like the Montezuma oropendola. Afternoon leisure time to relax by the pool or gardens at your lodge.

Day includes: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, boat tour at Tortuguero National Park English Speaking tour guide, lodging and hotel taxes.

Day 4 - Journey to La Fortuna

Take a morning river cruise, followed by a scenic transfer to La Fortuna, home of the famous Arenal Volcano. After check-in, enjoy leisure time exploring the area.

Day 5 - Arenal Volcano & Paradise Hot Springs

In the morning, enjoy leisure time or an optional activity. In the afternoon, hike Arenal Volcano National Park with an expert guide before soaking in the Paradise Hot Springs, surrounded by tropical gardens. End the evening with dinner overlooking the volcano.

Day 6 - Scenic Transfer to Monteverde

Enjoy a boat crossing over Lake Arenal, followed by a transfer to Monteverde, home to the world-famous Cloud Forest Reserve. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 7 - Hanging Bridges in Monteverde Cloud Forest

Walk among the treetops on Monteverde’s famous hanging bridges. Discover the incredible biodiversity of the cloud forest alongside your expert guide. Afternoon at leisure to explore Monteverde or Santa Elena.

Day 8 - Relax on the Pacific Coast

Transfer to Costa Rica’s North Pacific Coast, passing through the country’s unique tropical dry forest. Arrive at your beach resort and enjoy the all-inclusive amenities.

Day 9 - Beach Day in Guanacaste

Day 10 - Departure

At the scheduled time, transfer to Liberia International Airport for your return flight.

Day includes: Breakfast and private airport transfer.
Transfer Duration: 1 hour approximately

Pick-up time will be scheduled according to your international flight departure. Please note that airport authorities and airlines recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure.
Note: The Costa Rica airport exit tax (USD $29 per person) is not included. However, most major airlines already include this fee in the ticket price.

- Private transfer are services from Point A to Point B making 1 stop along the way for meals, restroom breaks, or to visit local stores.
- Drivers in Costa Rica are certified drivers and speak basic English. Certified tour guides during private transfers are available with an extra charge.
- Schedule time for regular basis tours and shuttle transportation are subject to the availability of the service, location of the hotel and route.
- Special bedding requests are subject to the availability of the hotel at the moment of check in.
- Check in time in Costa Rica is at 3:00 p.m. In case your transfer arrives earlier than check in time please be aware that your room may not be ready at your arrival. Luggage can be storage at front desk.
- Check out time in Costa Rica is at 11:00 a.m. In case your tour is schedule in the morning before check out of the hotel, or in case your transportation is schedule for a later time than check out, please check out of your room and leave your luggage at the front desk.
- Please inform in advance of any special requirements such as allergies, food restrictions, health conditions, special occasions, or any information you considered relevant.
- In Costa Rica, triple or quadruple occupancy consists in a room with 2 beds (roll away bed confirmation depends on the hotel availability at the moment of reservation and may have an extra cost)
