Day 1 - Arrival to Costa Rica

At the pre-arrange time personnel from Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation will be at the airport to welcome your passengers, give them the trip documentation and transfer them to the hotel in San Jose.
After arrival at the hotel, express check in and leisure time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.
Please note that check in time in Costa Rica is at 3:00 p.m. In case your flight arrives early, please be aware that your room may not be ready at your arrival at the hotel.

Day includes: Private transportation, lodging and hotel taxes.
Overnight: Hotel Colonial San Jose
Transfer duration: 30 minutes approximately.

Day 2 - Adventures at the rainforest and transfer to La Fortuna

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel. At the prearrange time, you will be ready to continue to your next destination: La Fortuna. On the way to La Fortuna, you will enjoy the adventure of the white water rafting at Sarapiqui River.
The seven and a half miles trip on the Sarapiquí River takes place between the community of La Virgen and Chilamate in Sarapiquí. It is a trip especially suitable for beginners and intermediates. It includes a very safe section formed by rapids followed by crystalline ponds. Along the journey one can enjoy four class III and about 20 class II rapids all of which have a good technical level.
Our trip starts by picking up the passenger in their hotels in San Jose. Around 10:30 a.m we will arrive to Tirimbina in La Virgen de Sarapiquí. The 7.5 miles trip starts after listening to a safety talk given by the tour leader. The Sarapiquí River is characterized by its clear, almost pollution- free water thanks to the fact that not only few people live nearby but also its riverbanks are protected. Throughout the vibrant journey they will enjoy swimming and refreshing themselves in several peaceful ponds in addition to the thrill of defying rapids such as “gringo hollow”, “confusion”, “deer”, “roller coaster”, “air force” and among others. Halfway to the journey, we will stop on the river and eat tasty tropical fruits of the season, prepared, and served by our guides. At the end of the rafting trip after three fantastic hours filled with fun, the tourist can get dry and change their clothes before enjoying a hot lunch in our facilities on the riverbank.
Finally, we start the trip to La Fortuna.
After check in at the hotel, and during the rest of the day, leisure time to enjoy the area, and relax at the hotel.

Day includes:Breakfast, lunch, White Water Rafting Class II-III in regular basis, shared transportation from San Jose to Sarapiqui and from Sarapiqui to La Fortuna (shared), English Speaking tour guide, equipment rental, lodging and hotel taxes.
Overnight: Hotel San Bosco in La Fortuna
Tour Duration:8 hours approximately (This time includes the tour time, lunch time and travel time to and from the actual activity area)
Note:The maximum chest width cannot exceed 4.2 feet (130 cm). Not recommended for people with heart problems, recent surgeries, back problems, people with low mobility or pregnancy.

Day 3 - Canopy tour

During the morning, you will enjoy the adventure of the Canopy Tour.
One of the main attractions in Fortuna is to take a ZIP LINE Tour. You will enjoy 10 cables with 14 different platforms and 50mts high rappel where you can see the impressive Canyon of the Arenal River and the extraordinary flora and fauna of the rain forest. You will have the opportunity to see the three kinds of monkeys that live in this zone, toucans, hummingbird and sloths.
Fly high over the canopy of the rain forest and feel what adrenaline means for nature lovers.
Afterwards, you will have time at leisure to enjoy to the hot springs waters of Go Pools.
After this unforgettable adventure you will be ready to go back to your hotel.

Day includes: Breakfast, Go Adventure Park Canopy tour in regular basis, shared transportation, English Speaking tour guide, entrance fees to the Go Pools hot springs, equipment rental, lodging and hotel taxes.
Overnight:Hotel San Bosco
Tour duration:3 hours approximately (This time includes the tour time and travel time to and from the actual activity areas)
Note:Transportation back to the hotel is available until 5:00 p.m.

Day 4 - Tropical Adventures

During the morning, you will experience a kayak adventure at Arenal Lake.
This day the driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to explore the beauty and charm of Arenal Lake while gliding over the calm water from the unique perspective of a kayak with an expert guide. To kayak on a pristine lake in front of a massive volcano, surrounded by lush rainforest is a truly experience of a lifetime!
Experience the inspiring beauty and tranquility as you glide across the mystic waters of the Arenal Lake, Costa Rica’s largest and most breathtaking lake. Embark on a 2-hour tour across the lake and enjoy the spectacular views of the powerful Arenal Volcano. Paddling these calm waters will give you the opportunity to enjoy the wildlife that surrounds the lake such as monkeys, iguanas and a large number of tropical birds. The beauty and energy of this amazing Arenal volcano will truly penetrate your soul. After paddling for 1 ½ hours you will stop and enjoy a delicious snack of fresh local fruit.
After the delicious snack, your transportation will take you back to your hotel.

Overnight: Hotel San Bosco
Tour duration: 3 ½ hours approximately (This time includes the tour time and travel time to and from the actual activity areas)

Day 5- Goodbye Costa Rica!

At the pre-arrange time, and according to the international flight schedule, you will be transferred from the hotel to the International Airport in San Jose to take the international flight back.
Pick up time flight schedule according to the international flight schedule.
International Airport Authorities and Airlines recommend all passengers arrive at the airport 3 hours before scheduled flight departure. Note: Airport Exit Taxes not included ($29 per person).

Notes

- Prices valid for a minimum of 2 passengers
- Maximum occupancy: 3 persons
- A minimum height of 4’9 feet (150 cm) and a minimum weight of 110 pounds (50 kg) is required for the rafting activities. Minimum age is 12 years old.
- Rates are based on arrivals and departures of all passengers of the program at the same flight.
- Beverages not included with the described included meals. (Bottled water, sodas or alcohol)
- Regular basis tours are shared with other travelers with English speaking tour guide and with shared transportation service.
- Shuttle bus transportation consists in door-to-door service shared with other tourists.
- Schedule time for regular basis tours and shuttle transportation are subject to the availability of the service, location of the hotel and route.
- Special bedding requests are subject to the availability of the hotel at the moment of check in.
- In Costa Rica, triple or quadruple occupancy consists in a room with 2 beds (roll away bed confirmation depends on the hotel availability at the moment of reservation and may have an extra cost)
- Any additional services not mentioned on the program as included will have an additional cost.
- On site confirmed services are not exchangeable for other activity and if not taken the activity there is no refund.
