Día 1 - Llegada a Costa Rica

At the pre-arranged time personnel from Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation will be at the International Airport (San Jose) to welcome your passengers and transfer them to the Hotel in Arenal.
After check in time at leisure to relax and enjoy the services of the hotel.

Day 2 -La Fortuna Waterfall

After the breakfast at the hotel your English-Speaking tour guide will meet you at the lobby of the hotel in order to take you to enjoy a hiking tour to la Fortuna waterfall. During the morning, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a Guided Hike to La Fortuna Waterfall.
Ubicada en un bosque lluvioso espectacular y a más de 70 metros de altura, la Catarata Río Fortuna es una atracción imperdible en su visita por La Fortuna. Nacida del río que lleva el mismo nombre, esta cascada comparte sus límites con el área protegida Arenal-Monteverde, albergando una gran riqueza de vida silvestre y convirtiéndose en un sitio muy importante para la conservación de los afluentes que abastecen de agua potable a los pueblos circundantes. Nuestro guía lo acompañará y señalará los detalles más importantes de esta rica zona, donde tenemos la opción de observar la hermosa catarata desde el mirador, o caminar unos 300 metros por un sendero muy empinado pero seguro y acercarnos mucho a ella. Está permitido nadar en el río, pero no cerca de la cascada. ¡Será difícil de olvidar!
Después de su tour, regresará al hotel en La Fortuna para relajarse y disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel.

Day 3-Day at leisure

During the day, leisure time to enjoy the area, relax at the hotel, explore the local town or to experience an optional tour.

Days 4- Sunset Boat at Arenal Lake

During the morning, you will have time at leisure to enjoy the area, relax at the hotel, or experience an optional tour.
Before sunset, enjoy a Sunset View on boat at the Arenal Lake.
Lake Arenal is the best place in the region to enjoy a sunset, but access to the best points of the coast is only possible by boat. The sunset illuminates the west flank of the volcano with warm colors, the details of the crevices and canyons are best appreciated at sunset, these are the scars that mark the mountain in each period of activity. The coasts are surrounded by lush vegetation and, high in the Blue Mountains, you can see windmills that produce energy. Unique landscapes that you want to capture in your photographs.
While you navigate in these calm waters, the boat will be right between the volcano and the sunset, in the journey of about two hours, it is common to observe herons, kingfishers, and anhinga's, what´s more, with a bit of luck you will also observe mammals such as sloths monkeys or coatis.
Your guide will provide very interesting information that will allow you to understand the history of the lake and the volcano and how both came to be so visited by tourists from all over the world.
As the sun sets and the breeze from the lake caresses your face, it is time for a glass of good wine and cheese to celebrate the end of a wonderful day.

Day 5-Welcome to the Pacific!

After breakfast at the hotel, the driver of your shuttle transportation will be waiting for you to transfer you to Manuel Antonio beach, where you will have time at leisure to enjoy the sea breeze, the ocean and get and / or take any optional tour available in the area.

Day 6-Manuel Antonio National Park

After breakfast at the hotel, an English Speaking tour guide will meet you at the lobby of the hotel, in order to take you to Manuel Antonio National Park.
This protected area is very popular due to its wide variety of flora and fauna. An experienced guide will accompany you on this picturesque hike. Two of the main attractions here are two white sand beaches, Espadilla Sur and Manuel Antonio beach, but this protected area also houses coastal rainforests, mangrove swamps, coral formations and islands. Throughout this interesting tour, your guide will stop and explain the different nature specimens that can be observed; you can take photographs or just admire the view.
After the tour, you will return to the hotel. During the rest of the day, leisure time to enjoy the area.

Day 8-Goodbye Costa Rica

At the pre-arranged time, and according to the international flight schedule, you will be transferred from the hotel at the beach to the International Airport in San Jose to take the international flight back.
