Day 1 - Arrival to Costa Rica

At the pre-arrange time personnel from Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation will be at the airport in San Jose to welcome you, give you the trip documentation and transfer you to the hotel in the Arenal Volcano area.
After checking in at the hotel, leisure time to enjoy the area.

Day 2 - Treasures of the tropics

During the morning, you will enjoy a hike to La Fortuna Waterfall.
Located into a spectacular rainforest and over 70 meters high, the Fortuna River Waterfall is an attraction hard to miss on your visit through La Fortuna. Born from the river that carries the same name, this cascade shares its boundaries with the Arenal-Monteverde protected area, housing wealth of wildlife and becoming very important for the conservation of tributaries that feed drinking water to surrounding towns. Our guide will accompany you and point the most important details of this rich area, where we have the option of watching the beautiful waterfall from the view point, or walk about 300 meters in a very steep but safe pathway and get very close to it. Is allowed to swim in the river, but not near the waterfall.
After this fantastic experience, you will return to the hotel.

Day 3 - Enjoy La Fortuna

During the day, enjoy your choice of activity in La Fortuna. You can discover the magic of nature with the Sloths and Birds tour, or to enjoy the excitement of the Canopy Tour.

Option 1: Sloths and Birds tour
You could say that the sloths are one of our emblematic animals of the fauna of Costa Rica. These small and gracious friends are particularly beautiful, owners of a tenderness with an eternal smile that makes it seem that he is always happy. Well, apparently, they are very happy because nothing stresses them.
We would like very much that you can join us on a short hike through the secondary forest and try to find them, generally on this special pathway -designed for all the family- it is very common that we can find these little green mammals, even if they try to blend in with the flora, our expert guides know their secrets, so they do not hide for a long time. In addition, we can enjoy many fabulous plants that will teach us curious facts. Because of its location and type of flora, this trail is very diverse in birds, so as to complement a morning or afternoon full of wildlife, we could appreciate many species of local birds. Recommended only for sloths and bird lovers!

Option 2: Athica Canopy tour
This canopy is at the foot of the mountain range where Arenal volcano is located. The view of the volcano from within this rain and very humid forest is spectacular. The tree top canopy has twelve platforms and ten zip lines. The platforms are at an elevation of 150 feet. The shortest cable is 195 ft. and the longest is 1200 ft. It makes the adventure more exciting.

Tour includes: Transportation in regular basis, English Speaking tour guide and equipment rental.

After your chosen activity, you will return to the hotel at the beach.

Day 4 - Welcome to the Pacific!

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. According to the schedule of your shuttle transportation, you will be ready to continue to Jaco Beach.
After check in at the hotel, leisure time to enjoy the area.

Day includes: Breakfast, shuttle transportation, lodging and taxes.

Transfer duration: 4 hours approximately.

Day 5 & 6 - Enjoy the Pacific!

During the day, enjoy a carefree leisurely time. Beach comb at the pool area or swim at Jaco beach.

Day 7 - Good bye Costa Rica!

At the pre-arrange time, and according to the international flight schedule, you will be transferred from the hotel to the International Airport in San Jose to take the international flight back.

Transfer Duration: 2 hours approximately

International Airport Authorities and Airlines recommend all passengers arrive at the airport 3 hours before scheduled flight departure.
