10-day Essential Costa Rica Journey: Experience La Fortuna, Monteverde Cloud Forest, and Tamarindo Beach with private transfers, hotel accommodations, excursions like Volcano Hike, Lake Crossing, and Hanging Bridges, with breakfast included.

Day 1-Arrival to Costa Rica

At the pre-arrange time personnel from Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation will be at the airport to welcome your passengers, give them the trip documentation and transfer them to the hotel in Rincon de la Vieja.
After arrival at the hotel, express check in and leisure time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

Overnight: Hotel Rinconcito Lodge- Adults Only - Adults Only
Transfer duration::1 ½ hours approximately
Note:Please note: Check-in time in Costa Rica is 3:00 p.m. If your flight arrives early, your room may not be ready upon arrival at the hotel.

Day 2-Day at leisure

During the day, time at leisure to explore the area or to experience an optional tour.

Includes: Breakfast, lodging and hotel taxes.
Overnight:Hotel Rinconcito Lodge

Days 3- Welcome to La Fortuna!

During the morning, your shuttle transportation will be ready to transfer you to La Fortuna.
After check in, leisure time to enjoy the area or to experience an optional tour.

Includes: Breakfast, shuttle transportation, lodging and hotel taxes.
Overnight: Hotel San Bosco
Transfer duration: 5 hours approximately

Day 4-The Amazing Arenal Volcano

During the morning, you will enjoy a guided hike at the slopes of the Arenal Volcano at El Silencio Trail.
Let's venture into the foothills of Costa Rica's most famous active volcano, where, as you walk around the site, you will have many different trail options. They all surround the base of the impressive volcano, offering you different points of view. In our opinion, one of the best views of the Arenal Volcano is from the El Silencio Viewpoint. This series of easy to moderate trails lead to a very high viewpoint. Here you will feel as if you were face to face with the cone-shaped peak of Arenal, there we can observe the variety of fauna that this wonderful site houses, especially monkeys, toucans, sloths and much more.
To finish this incredible activity, you will be able to choose between the relaxing hot springs in the area and enjoy a well-deserved rest accompanied by a pleasant cocktail and, of course, a spectacular view of the Arenal Volcano.
When you finished, the driver will be ready to take you back to the hotel.

Day 5- To Monteverde

After breakfast enjoy an amazing view of Arenal Lake and Volcano by the Arenal Lake Crossing. This service is a scenic, fast and the newest way to go from La Fortuna to the Monteverde area.
At the dam of Arenal Lake, you will get aboard into a very comfortable and safe pontoon boat for a 30 to 40 minutes (approx.) ride to Río Chiquito, a little town at the other side of the lake. Once at Río Chiquito, we’ll leave the boat and make a short break. Afterwards, a microbus rides to get to the hotel in the Monteverde area. After check in at the hotel, leisure time to enjoy the area or the facilities of the hotel.

Day 6-Hanging Bridges Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be ready to discover the secrets of the cloud forest at the hanging bridges.
Enjoy a trek on the famed hanging bridges at Monteverde, a combination of suspension bridges and platforms built in the cloud forest tree tops. By having the opportunity to be next to these host trees you can experience, up-close, the amazing biodiversity and understand how the Cloud Forest truly is co-dependent on its environment. In addition to the pleasure of walking through the forest the hanging bridges give you a special insight into how the forest functions.
After the hanging bridges, you will return to the hotel. During the rest of the day, leisure time to enjoy the area, take an additional tour or to walk at Monteverde or Santa Elena towns.

During the morning, your shuttle transportation will be ready to transfer you to Tamarindo beach.

Transfer Duration:5 hours approximately

Day 8-9-Day at leisure

During the day, leisure time to enjoy the area, relax at the hotel, or to experience an optional activity.

Day 10-Goodbye Costa Rica!

At the pre-arrange time, and according to the international flight schedule, you will be transferred from the hotel to the International Airport to take the international flight back.

• Drivers in Costa Rica are certified drivers and speak basic English. Certified tour guides during private transfers are available with an extra charge.
• Schedule time for regular basis tours and shuttle transportation are subject to the availability of the service, location of the hotel and route.
• Special bedding requests are subject to the availability of the hotel at the moment of check in.
• Check in time in Costa Rica is at 3:00 p.m. In case your transfer arrives earlier than check in time please be aware that your room may not be ready at your arrival. Luggage can be storage at front desk.
• Check out time in Costa Rica is at 11:00 a.m. In case your tour is schedule in the morning before check out of the hotel, or in case your transportation is schedule for a later time than check out, please check out of your room and leave your luggage at the front desk.
