Day 1 - Arrival to Costa Rica

According to your international flight, and subject to the schedule of the service, you will arrive to Costa Rica and will take the shuttle transportation provided by the hotel.
After arrival at the hotel, express check in and leisure time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

Day includes: Shuttle transportation by the hotel, lodging and hotel taxes

Day 2 - Transfer to La Fortuna

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. At the prearrange time, and according to the schedule of your shuttle transportation, you will meet the driver of your shuttle transportation, who will transfer you to the hotel in La Fortuna.
After check in at the hotel, time at leisure to enjoy the area.

Day 3 - Flavors of the Tropics

During the morning, enjoy a delicious encounter with the world-famous Costa Rican coffee at Don Juan Coffee Tour.
This tour starts with your pick up at your hotel to take you to discover the wonder of how chocolate and coffee are made.
The first part of the journey is the coffee process. Your tour guide will teach you about the history of coffee and its influence and importance to Costa Rica and its economy. You will see all the processes of the coffee, from the seed to the delicious final product, the cup of coffee.
Then, delight in a wonderful demonstration of the chocolate making process as the rich history of the caocao plant is explained. You will participate in the process and have the opportunity to taste the fruit of the cacao, observe how the small cocoa beans are magically converted into a rich tasting chocolate drink. This tour will show you the whole process of transition from seed to cocoa pure and ground.
This is truly coffee and chocolate lovers tour and for anyone looking to learn the history and culture of these vital components of Costa Rican culture. This is an absolute can't-miss tour while you're in Arenal!
After the amazing tour, you will go back to your hotel.

Days 4 - Welcome to the Pacific!

During the morning, and according to the schedule of your shuttle transportation, the driver of your shuttle transportation will be ready to transfer you to Tamarindo beach. Drive through the only tropical forest in Costa Rica. Then, to Costa Rica’s beautiful Tamarindo beach.

Day includes: Breakfast, shuttle transportation to Tamarindo beach, lodging and hotel taxes.

Transfer duration: 5 hours approximately

Days 5 - Enjoy the Pacific!

This day relax on the tropical beaches of Tamarindo or Langosta. Enjoy a drink by the infinity pool of the hotel or explore Tamarindo town and its surroundings. Free access to Langosta Beach Club for all hotel guests. Free shuttle services to town.

Day 6 - Goodbye Costa Rica

At the pre-arrange time, and according to the international flight schedule, you will be transferred from the hotel to the International Airport in Liberia to take the international flight back

Day includes: Breakfast and private transportation.
Transfer Duration: 1 hour approximately

Pick up time flight schedule according to the international flight schedule.

International Airport Authorities and Airlines recommend all passengers arrive at the airport 3 hours before scheduled flight departure.

Notes

- Prices valid for a minimum of 2 passengers traveling together
- Prices valid from May 1st to June 30th, 2022 (being July 1st, 2022 the last day of the
program) AND from August 1st to October 31st, 2022 (being November 1st the last day
of the program)
- Booking window: From March 2nd to April 15th, 2022
- Shuttle service from the International Airport to the hotel is available from 10:45 a.m. to
11:45 p.m. In case your flight is cancelled or delayed, please contact the emergency
number immediately. In case you prefer a private transfer, there would be an extra cost
of $43.- USD per person (minimum 2 passengers).
- Shuttle service is a shared service offered by the hotel, and we are not liable in case of any
delays on the departure of the shuttle, the number of passengers on the vehicle, or in
case of delays of the flight that may you loose the shuttle. As a shared service, you may
need to wait for other passengers to board the vehicle before departure.
- Rates are based on arrivals and departures of all passengers of the program on the same
flight.
- Beverages like sodas or alcohol not included with the described included meals.
- Regular basis tours are shared with other travelers with English-speaking tour guides and on a regular basis transportation service (shuttle transfer).
- Special bedding requests are subject to the availability of the hotel at the moment of check-in.
- In Costa Rica, triple or quadruple occupancy consists of a room with 2 beds ( rollaway bed confirmation depends on the hotel availability at the moment of reservation and may have an extra cost)
- On-site confirmed services are not exchangeable for other activity and if not taken the activity there is no refund. (including the gift if not taken will not be a reduction on the given price)
