At the pre-arrange time personnel from Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation will be at the airport to welcome your passengers, give them the trip documentation and transfer them to the hotel in La Fortuna.
After arrival at the hotel, express check in and leisure time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

December 24th, 2024-Beautiful sloths

Early in the morning, your English-Speaking tour guide will meet you at the lobby of the hotel in order to take you to enjoy a guided hike on search of sloths and other wildlife.
This day your driver will be waiting for you at your hotel and take you on a search of one of the most emblematic animals of the fauna in Costa Rica, the sloths! These small and gracious friends are particularly beautiful, owners of a tenderness with an eternal smile that makes it seem that they are always happy.
The tour starts with a short hike through the secondary forest and try to find them. Generally, on this special pathway it is very common that you can find these little green mammals, even if they try to blend in with the flora, the expert guide knows their secrets, so they do not hide for a long time. In addition, you can see many fabulous plants and your tour guide will teach you curious facts about them.
Because of its location and type of flora this trail is very diverse in birds, so as to complement a morning or afternoon full of wildlife you can appreciate many species of local birds. Definitely this is a tour for sloths and bird lovers!
At the end of this wonderful search the driver will proceed to take you back to your hotel.

December 25th, 2024-Day at leisure

December 26th, 2024-To Monteverde

After breakfast enjoy an amazing view of Arenal Lake and Volcano by the Arenal Lake Crossing. This service is a scenic, fast and the newest way to go from La Fortuna to the Monteverde area.
At the dam of Arenal Lake, you will get aboard into a very comfortable and safe pontoon boat for a 30 to 40 minutes (approx.) ride to Río Chiquito, a little town at the other side of the lake. Once at Río Chiquito, we’ll leave the boat and make a short break. Afterwards, a microbus rides to get to the hotel in the Monteverde area.
After check in at the hotel, leisure time to enjoy the area or the facilities of the hotel.

December 27th, 2024-The beauty of the heights

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be ready to discover the secrets of the cloud forest at the hanging bridges.
Enjoy a trek on the famed hanging bridges at Monteverde, a combination of suspension bridges and platforms built in the cloud forest tree tops. By having the opportunity to be next to these host trees you can experience, up-close, the amazing biodiversity and understand how the Cloud Forest truly is co-dependent on its environment. In addition to the pleasure of walking through the forest the hanging bridges give you a special insight into how the forest functions.
Depending on the duration of the tour, you will return to the hotel. During the rest of the day, leisure time to enjoy the area, take an additional tour or to walk at Monteverde or Santa Elena towns.

December 28th, 2024- Welcome to the Pacific!

After breakfast at the hotel, the driver of your shuttle transportation will be waiting for you to transfer you to Manuel Antonio beach, where you will have time at leisure to enjoy the sea breeze, the ocean and get and / or take any optional tour available in the area.

Day includes:Breakfast, shuttle transportation from La Fortuna to the beach, lodging and hotel taxes.

December 29th, 2024- Manuel Antonio National Park

After breakfast at the hotel, an English Speaking tour guide will meet you at the lobby of the hotel, in order to take you to Manuel Antonio National Park.
This protected area is very popular due to its wide variety of flora and fauna. An experienced guide will accompany you on this picturesque hike. Two of the main attractions here are two white sand beaches, Espadilla Sur and Manuel Antonio beach, but this protected area also houses coastal rainforests, mangrove swamps, coral formations and islands. Throughout this interesting tour, your guide will stop and explain the different nature specimens that can be observed; you can take photographs or just admire the view.
After the tour, you will return to the hotel. During the rest of the day, leisure time to enjoy the area.

Day includes: Breakfast, Visit to Manuel Antonio National Park, transportation in SIB, English speaking tour guide during the tour, entrance fees, lodging and hotel taxes.

January 1st, 2025-Goodbye Costa Rica

At the pre-arranged time, and according to the international flight schedule, you will be transferred from the hotel at the beach to the International Airport in San Jose to take the international flight back.
